GIBSON Les Paul Junior 3/4 Double Cutaway (1958-1961) Description

- similar to Les Paul Junior Double Cutaway, except has a 15/19-fret fingerboard and 22.75 in. scale, approx. 370 shipped, mfg. 1959-1961.

The switch from a single cutaway to a double cutaway on the Les Paul Junior 3/4 did not occur until 1959. The double cutaway Les Paul Junior 3/4 featured an awkward design with a neck that extended far into the body pushing the bridge toward the bottom of the body.
