- body size 19 in. wide x 21.75 in. length. Top: carved and graduated spruce .875 in. thickness. F-holes bound white/black, neck was a 5 piece rock maple with Ivoroid binding (black and white) on fingerboard. The bridge was adjustable compensating rosewood and pickguard was imitation tortoiseshell that was inlaid with white and black Ivoroid borders. Available in Natural or Sunburst finish. Ebony fingerboard, position markers were three segmented pearl blocks. Bracing: single diagonal brace from upper bout to lower bout (began about 1940). Tailpiece: 5 Cutout "Y" shaped with Stromberg engraving (gold plated).
