- body size 19 in. wide x 21.75 in. length. Top: carved and graduated spruce .875 in. thickness. F-holes bound white. Neck: rock maple with ebony fingerboard, position markers solid pearl block. Ivoroid binding on fingerboard (black and white). Bridge: adjustable compensating rosewood. The pickguard was imitation tortoiseshell inlaid with white and black Ivoroid borders. Available in Natural or Sunburst finish. Bracing: single diagonal brace from upper bout to lower bout (began about 1940). Tailpiece: 5 Cutout "Y" shaped with Stromberg engraving (gold plated).
