The pickguard was imitation tortoiseshell inlaid with white and black Ivoroid borders. Available in Natural or Sunburst finish. The ebony fingerboard had position markers solid pearl blocks. Bracing: single diagonal brace from upper bout to lower bout (1940-41). Tailpiece: 5 Cutout "Y" shaped (gold plated).
