- Orchestra 14-fret 000-style body, solid Engelmann spruce top, solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, round soundhole with three-ring Style 45 rosette (5/9/5 grouping with a large middle ring of abalone pearl), grained ivoroid binding, bold herringbone top inlay, B/W Boltaron back and side binding, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret ebony fingerboard with small pearl dots inlays, 12th-13th fret MOP triangle with dots inlays, and 20th fret John Mayer signature inlay, solid Indian rosewood headstock overlay with silver outline and logo, ebony belly bridge, white bridge pins with abalone dots, tortoise color beveled pickguard, signed by CFM IV and John Mayer and numbered in sequence, Fishman Gold Plus Natural I electronics, Natural polished gloss finish with Vintage Toner top and Dark Filler back and sides, 25.4 in. scale, case included, limited edition run of 404 instruments, mfg. summer 2003-mid-05.
