MARTIN M-18 Description
- Grand Auditorium 0000 body style, solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, round soundhole with three-stripe rosette (1/9/1 grouping between 1984 and 1987, 5/9/5 grouping in 1988), five-ply top binding, single-ply back binding with black outer layer, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, three-per-side chrome tuners, rosewood bridge, black bridge pins with white dots, black pickguard, available in Natural finish, total production of 106 instruments, mfg. 1984-88.
The earliest M-18s were produced with ebony fingerboards and bridges and three models have a Blue/Red/White finish.
