- dreadnought body style, solid sitka spruce top, East Indian Rosewood back sides, round soundhole with style-28 multi-stripe rosette, white binding, multi-stripe top and back inlay, zig-zag back purfling, genuine mahogany neck with low profile and standard taper, 14/20-fret ebony fingerboard with playing card design inlays in pearl with stone, East Indian rosewood headstock overlay with block inlay logo, three-per-side chrome tuners with large knobs, ebony modern belly bridge with white bridge pins and black dots, black bull horn shaped pickguard, available in gloss finish, 1.6875 in. nut, 25.4 in. scale, molded hardshell case included, label signed and sequenced by Dwight Yoakam, mfg. 2017 only.
This model was inspired by the 1972 D-28 that Dwight Yoakam has played throughout his entire career.
