- dreadnought 14-fret-style body, bearclaw Sitka spruce top, solid Brazilian rosewood back and sides, round soundhole with three-ring Style 45 rosette (5/9/5 grouping with a large middle ring of abalone pearl), black Boltaron binding, abalone pearl with B/W/B top inlay, B/W back and side inlays, select hardwoods neck, 14/20-fret ebony fingerboard with special "Night Dive" custom inlays designed by William "Grit" Laskin of Pearl Works that continue up through the headstock, ebony headstock overlay, three-per-side chrome Schaller tuners with large ebony knobs, ebony belly bridge, black bridge pins with pearl dots, no pickguard, label signed by CFM IV amd Grit Laskin and Larry Sifel of Pearl Works and numbered in sequence, Natural polished gloss finish with Aging Toner top and Dark Filler back and sides, 25.4 in. scale, Calton hardshell case included, limited edition run of 15 instruments, mfg. 2004-05.
A total of 15 combined instruments between the D-Night Dive and the OM-Night Dive were produced.
