- single cutaway hollow body based on the original 1959 Gretsch Chet Atkins model, arched laminated maple top, laminated maple back and sides, two bound oversized f-holes, multiple body binding, two-piece maple neck, 22-fret plus zero fret bound fingerboard with thumbnail inlays, bound curly maple headstock with inlaid peraloid horseshoe and Gretsch logo, three-per-side tuners, rosewood-based Rocking bar bridge, Gretsch Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, raised gold plexi pickguard, two Filter'Tron pickups, two knobs on lower treble bout (v1, v2), one knob on upper treble bout (MV), two three-way switches on upper bass bout (pickup selector, tone selector), gold hardware, available in Vintage Orange finish, 16 in. body width, 2.75 in. body depth, 24.6 in. scale, mfg. summer 2006-09.
