GIBSON LONNIE MACK SIGNATURE FLYING V (1993-1994 MFG.) Description

- V-shaped mahogany body, mahogany neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, arrow-shaped black headstock with vertical raised Gibson logo, tune-o-matic bridge, custom-mounted B7 Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, small white pickguard, two Classic '57 humbucker covered pickups, three black bonnet knobs (two v, tone) mounted in a straight line, three-way pickup switch, jack mounted on a round white plate, nickel hardware, available in Cherry finish, 195 mfg. 1993-94.

This limited edition is a mahogany replica of Lonnie Mack's 1958 Flying V. Special features include an elongated neck tenon that extends into the neck-pickup cavity, a neck-joint heel cap, two piece body, and the proper thickness. Lonnie is noted for using the B7 Bigsby Vibrato bridge/tailpiece.
