- mahogany back/sides, 12-string, large belly bridge with bridge pins, adj. saddle, 14 .125 in. wide, long pickguard with point at upper bout (some models had teardrop pickguard), single black soundhole ring, single-bound top, unbound back, three-piece neck, 18-fret rosewood fingerboard, 24.75 in. scale, dot inlays, no peghead veneer, available in Natural top finish, light mahogany finish on back and sides, approx. 1,150 mfg. 1967-1973.

This model does not appear in the Gibson shipping total records until 1970. Non-adj. saddle and teardrop pickguard were introduced in 1970.
