- 15W, 1-12 in. speaker, six-tube chassis, preamp: 1 X 6SN7, 1 X 6SC7, 1 X 6SJ7, power: 2 X 6L6, rectifier: 5U4, two channels, front black control panel, three inputs (mic, two inst.), four knobs (t, b, mic v, inst. v), echo speaker jack, gold tweed covering with vertical black and orange stripes in the center, round speaker hole and oblong opening to cool chassis above speaker hole, black metal grilles, top of amp flips up to access controls and the chassis lifts out of cabinet to become seperated by a 13 ft. cord, mfg. mid-1939-1942.
This model was introduced as the new Model EH-150. Approx. the first 60 units built have EH-150 in the model name or scratched in over another name. The first control panel consisted of from left to right (power cord, power switch, echo speaker jack, t, b, pilot light, mic v, inst. v, three inputs). In late 1941, the control panel changed to the EH-150's of the same era with controls left to right (power cord, power switch, tone, mic v, inst. v, three inputs (mic, two inst.), pilot light, model and serial number.
