- Spanish style, 13.5 in. wide, laminated maple body, flat back, single bound body, extended rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, oblong blade pickup, two knobs, jack on top of guitar, Electar logo on peghead with point at top, Sunburst top with brown back/sides, mfg. 1935-39.
Some early models may have only had a single knob. In 1937, a rhythm control was added for a total of three knobs. A tenor and plectrum version were also available.
