EPIPHONE Adelphi Description
- symmetrical body (similar to the Gibson Style A), laminated maple back/sides, mahogany neck, f-holes, rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, rounded peghead, four-per-side tuners, name of model between Epiphone and Masterbilt logos on headstock, raised pickguard, nickel hardware, available in Cherry Sunburst finish, mfg. 1932-1949.
In 1934, a maple neck was introduced. In 1939, the f-holes featured a squared edge at every corner, the pickguard went around the bridge, and the peghead featured a script logo and dipped in the center.
