- SJ-style jumbo body, spruce top, mahogany back and sides, round soundhole with ring rosette, ivoroid body binding, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, three-per-side tuners, rosewood bridge, pickguard, available in Golden Shaded Sunburst finish, mfg. 1948-1961.
The 1155 appeared in several variations according to National's catalog. Later models may feature Natural finish and an electric model was offered in the late 1950s as well.
