- dreadnought body style based on the 1941 14-fret D-28 (serial number 79103) that is on display in the Martin Museum, solid Adirondack spruce top, solid Madagascar rosewood back and sides, standard X scalloped authentic-style bracing, round soundhole with Style 28 three-stripe rosette (5/9/5 grouping), grained ivoroid binding, bold herringbone top inlay, B/W boltaron back inlay, HD zig-zag back stripe, authentic 1941 barrel and heel mahogany neck, 14/20-fret ebony fingerboard with long pattern diamond and square inlays, solid Madagascar rosewood headstock overlay with Golden Era-style logo, three-per-side Waverly nickel tuners with oval buttons, ebony 1930s-style belly bridge with long saddle, antique white bridge pins with black dots, Delmar tortoise color beveled pickguard, available in Natural polished gloss finish with Aging Toner top, 25.4 in. scale, Harptone case included, mfg. 2009-2012.
