- Grand Auditorium 14-fret 000-style body, solid spruce top, solid bookmatched mahogany back and sides, round soundhole with three-ring rosette (1/5/1 grouping), tortoise binding, V-shaped mahogany neck, 14/20-fret ebony with abalone dot inlays and "Woody Gutherie" signature on the 20th fret, tapered headstock with old style Martin decal logo, three-per-side nickel tuners with Butterbean knobs, ebony belly bridge, tortoise pickguard, label signed by Arlo Gutherie, Nora Gutherie, Harold Levinthal, and CFM IV, Natural finish, mfg. summer 1999-mid-2001.
