- single cutaway body, solid spruce top, curly maple back and sides, oval soundhole with abalone rosette, multi-ply body binding, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret bound ebony fingerboard with pearl block/abalone wedge inlays, bound headstock with pearl shield/logo inlay, three-per-side gold Grover tuners, ebony bridge with white abalone dot pins, Fishman Prefix On-Board Blender system, available in Antique Burst, Black, Blonde, Crimson Red Trans., Sapphire Blue Trans., or Teal Green Trans. high gloss finish, case included, mfg. 1992-2001.
Early versions of this model had optional figured maple top with Amber and Sunburst finishes. In 1994, transducer pickup, and preamp were introduced.
