- single round cutaway hollow bound maple body, two bound f-holes, maple neck, 22-fret bound ebony fingerboard with abalone floral inlays, bound blackface peghead with abalone floral/logo inlay, three-per-side tuners, adjustamatic bridge, trapeze tailpiece with ebony insert and abalone floral inlay, raised black pickguard with engraved model name/logo and five knobs mounted on top (two v, two tone, MV), two exposed humbucker pickups, gold hardware, available in Red (Model 7690) or Walnut (Model 7691) finish, 17 in. body width, 2.5 in. body depth, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 1972-1980.
This model was also available with a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece (Models 7690-B and 7691-B).
