- single cutaway Les Paul-style body based on a 1952 Les Paul Model, two-piece mahogany back, two-piece maple top, antique cream binding, set mahogany neck with a 50s profile, 22-fret antique bound rosewood fingerboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays, black headstock overlay with MOP "Gibson" logo and gold scripted "Les Paul Model", "prototype" stamped on the back of headstock, three-per-side vintage-style tuners with tulip buttons, Les Paul's patented wrap-over bridge, brass trapeze tailpiece, raised cream pickguard, two P-90 pickups with cream covers, four gold Speedtone knobs (two v, two tone), three-way pickup switch, chrome hardware, available in Gold Top finish with natural back and sides, 24.75 in. scale, hardshell case and certificate of authenticity included, limited edition run of 564 instruments, mfg. 2010-12.
