- offset hourglass Explorer-style mahogany body that is 4% smaller than a normal Explorer, cream body binding, set mahogany neck with a thin Explorer profile, 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, hockey stick-style headstock with black overlay and MOP Gibson logo, black truss rod cover, six-on-one-side mini Grover kindey tuners, tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, no pickguard, two exposed Zebra humbucker pickups (neck: '57 Classic, bridge: BurstBucker 3), three knobs (two v with push/pull coil taps, tone), three-way pickup switch, chrome hardware, available in Ebony or Wine Red finish, 24.75 in. scale, 1.695 in. nut width, black hardshell case included, mfg. 2011-12.
