GIBSON ES-250 Description
- jumbo style, spruce top, raised bound black pickguard, 3-stripe bound body, maple back/sides/neck, 14/20-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl open book inlay, adjustable rosewood bridge/trapeze tailpiece, blackface stairstep peghead with pearl logo inlay, 3-per-side tuners, nickel hardware, single coil Charlie Christian pickup, volume/tone control, available in Natural or Sunburst finish, mfg. 1938-1940.
In 1940, standard style peghead, split half circle fingerboard inlay replaced original peghead and inlay design.
