- 12-string configuration, offset double cutaway asymmetrical body, bolt-on maple neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, droopy peghead with six-per-side tuners, STB fixed bridge, tortoiseshell pickguard, two split covered pickups, two knobs (v, tone), four-position rotary switch, chrome hardware, available in Blonde, Sunburst, or Custom Color finishes, mfg. 1965-69.

In 1965, a bound fingerboard was introduced. In 1966, block fingerboard inlays replaced dot inlays.
