- offset double cutaway poplar body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, standard vibrato, white pickguard, one covered single coil pickup, two knobs (v, tone), available in Black, Red, or White finish, 24 in. scale, mfg. 1967-1980.

In 1970, Fender switched to 15 pickguard screws from 13. In 1975, a black laminated pickguard was introduced.
