- offset double cutaway alder body, through-body maple neck, 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl offset block inlay/logo block inlay at 12th fret, double locking vibrato, body matching bound peghead with screened logo, 6-on-a-side tuners, chrome hardware, ESP humbucker pickup, volume control, coil tap switch, available in Black, Fiesta Red, Snow White or Turquoise finish, mfg. 1987-1994.
In 1988, Magenta, Metallic Black, Midnight Black, and Pearl Yellow were introduced; Bright Yellow and Cherry Sunburst finishes were disc. In 1989, Dark Metallic Blue, Candy Apple Red, and Pearl White finishes were introduced; Fiesta Red, Metallic Black, Midnight Black, Snow White, and Turquoise finishes were disc.
