In 1998, the Luke model was reconfigured Luke II to feature a Music Man vintage-style tremolo, Schaller M6-IND, locking tuners, custom wound EMG-SLV single coil pickups, volume and tone controls. Luke Blue (Light Pearl Blue) finish was introduced; Pearl Blue and Pearl Red finishes were disc. The Luke model was designed with artist Steve Lukather (Toto, Los Lobotomys).
