EPIPHONE X-1000 (KOREA MFG.) Description

- offset double cutaway body, laminated maple neck-through-body, 24-fret bound ebanol fingerboard with white chevron inlay, six-on-one-side and three-per-side tuners, bound rounded point headstock, black hardware, tremolo, two single coil/humbucker EMG Select pickups, volume/tone controls, three mini-switches, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 1986-89.

In 1988, a Steinberger KB tremolo was introduced with a coil tap switch on one of the knobs.
