EPIPHONE Century Description
- symmetrical body (similar to Gibson Style A), laminated maple body, no sound holes, white body binding, mahogany neck, 10/20 rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, painted headstock with logo, four-per-side tuners, single oblong bar pickup, volume and tone controls on either side of the bridge, input jack, nickel hardware, available in Sunburst finish, mfg. 1939-1949.
In 1941, the center-dip style headstock was introduced, the pickup was no mounted on the plastic plate, and f-holes were introduced.
