AMPEG/DAN ARMSTRONG AMPEG SONIC SIX (MODEL EGSS) Description
- offset double cutaway hardwood body with short horns, bolt-on neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlay, six-on-one-side tuners, bridge/tremolo tailpiece, black inscribed pickguard, two Burns Nu-Sonic single coil pickups, three knobs (v, two tone), three-way pickup switch, chrome hardware, available in Cherry finish, 23.375 in. scale, mfg. 1963-64.
This model was built by the Burns Guitar company, and basically is a renamed Nu-Sonic.
