AMPEG ZEPHYR I (S-6020/620)/RHAPSODY (S-7020/435-S) Description

- 20W, 1-15 in. Jensen speaker, guitar (Zephyr I) or accordion (Rhapsody) combo, six-tube chassis, preamp: 3 X 6SN7, power: 2 X 6L6/5881, rectifier: 5U4 rectifier, single channel, top chrome control panel, controls for one channel, black vinyl covering, square plastic grille cloth with horizontal bar in the middle, mfg. 1956-59.

In 1957, the ouptut was raised to 25W, the covering changed to grey bookbinding-type, and a dark grey swirl grille. In 1958, the covering was changed to the Navy Random Flair.
