AMPEG B-12XY Portaflex Description
- similar to the B-12X Portaflex, except had a revised circuit with a 6D10 preamp tube replacing the 6SL7, a 7591A power tube replacing the 6V6 for the reverb unit, and 2 X 7027A power tubes for the main unit, and output raised from 30W to 50W, mfg. late 1964-65.
