TOKAI

Tokai amplifiers are very good Fender and other popular American replicas produced during the 1950s and 1960s. These models are becoming increasingly collectible and are starting to bring some higher dollars. There are a few websites out there dedicated to Tokai instruments. Lawsuits have been filed against Tokai because of their strikingly close copies of popular instruments (note the similarity in the Tokai logo versus Fender). Tokai no longer produces amplifiers. They still build guitars, but they are original designs only.
