Joe Naylor and Dennis Kager left Naylor Engineering to start Reverend in 1997. Joe Naylor founded Naylor Engineering in the early 1990s, and produced several tube amplifiers. Dennis Kager had roots with Ampeg and worked with Joe at Naylor. Together they produced a tube amplifier at a workingman's price. In 2005, Reverend stopped producing amplifiers to focus on their guitar line. Originally, Naylor was a factory direct order company, which eliminated dealers, distributors, and other middle men. For more information on Reverend electric guitars, refer to the Blue Book of Electric Guitars.
Amplifiers previously produced in Warren, MI between 1997 and 2005. Distributed by Reverend.
