YAMAHA PACIFICA USA 2 Description
- offset double cutaway basswood body, figured maple top, single-ply body binding, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, Strat-style headstock, six-on-one-side Sperzel locking tuners, Wilkinson VS100 floating tremolo, white pearloid pickguard, two Seymour Duncan single coil Vintage Rails pickups (mid, neck) and one Seymour Duncan JB humbucker pickup (bridge), two metal knobs (v, tone), five-way pickup switch mounted, gold hardware, available in Natural, Trans. Blue, or Violin Sunburst finish, 25.5 in. scale, hardshell case included, mfg. 1995-99.
This model was constructed at the U.S. Yamaha Guitar Development center. Yamaha also offered a variety of semi-custom options on the USA 2 including bridges, pickups, and pickup covers. Please note that the model description above is a list of standard features.
