YAMAHA BB424X Description
- offset double cutaway alder body, five-piece bolt-on maple/nato neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with MOP oval inlays, natural headstock overlay with stringers, four-on-one-side tuners, vintage style bridge, one split single coil and one single coil ceramic pickups, two knobs (v, tone), three-position toggle switch, black pickguard, chrome hardware, available in Black, Red Metallic, Tobacco Brown Sunburst, or Vintage White finish, 34 in. scale, mfg. 2011-present.
The BB424, featuring no pickguard and different knobs, was introduced in 2010 and was quickly discontinued by the BB424X.
