WECHTER GUITARS PATHMAKER MODEL 3101/3102/3103 Description
- double sharp cutaway, spruce top, maple back and sides, mahogany neck, 19/22-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot inlay, tortoise pickguard, rosewood bridge, bound body and neck, chrome hardware, optional electronics (Fishman Aero 501 standard in 2009), available in Jet Black (3101), Trans. Red (3102, disc. 2008), or Trans. Blue (3103, disc. 2008) finish, disc. 2009.
Wechter offered a variety of electronics on their Pathmaker Series, but when the model was discontinued, only one variation was offered only with electronics so the last MSR and subsequent pricing reflects a guitar with electronics. The following is a list of electronics offered by Wechter and their last MSRs. The last MSR on a plain acoustic guitar was $450. Regular 3-band electronics (Last MSR was $570), Wechter 3-pickup system electronics (Last MSR was $630), Artec HT-TBL electronics, Schertler Bluestick system electronics (Last MSR was $750), Fishman Natural I electronics, and Fishman Prefix Plus Electronics.
