TAYLOR 814 Description
- grand auditorium body, solid Sitka spruce top, round soundhole, tortoise pickguard, three-stripe bound body, abalone rosette, rosewood back/sides, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl snowflake inlay, rosewood veneer on bound peghead with pearl logo inlay, three-per-side gold tuners, rosewood bridge with black abalone dot pins, mfg. 2005-06, 2010s-2017.
When reintroduced the 814 had switched from a tortoise to rosewood pickguard, rosewood to ebony bridge, pearl snowflake fingerboard inlays to element inlays, rosewood headstock overlay to ebony headstock overlay and gold tuners to nickel tuners.
