TAYLOR 712 Description
- grand concert body, solid spruce top, round soundhole, tortoiseshell pickguard, three-stripe bound body and rosette, rosewood back/sides, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, rosewood veneer on peghead, three-per-side gold tuners, ebony bridge with black pins, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1984-2006.
In 1994, abalone rosette, abalone dot fingerboard inlay, black abalone dot bridge pins, pearl logo peghead inlay replaced original items. In 1998, a Western Red cedar top replaced spruce top.
