TAYLOR 616 CE Description
- single cutaway Grand Symphony (GS) body style, Sitka spruce top, Big Leaf maple back and sides, round soundhole with abalone rosette, white plastic top and back binding, multi-ply top inlay, Hard Rock maple neck, 14/20-fret bound ebony fingerboard with pearl leaf pattern inlays, Indian rosewood bound headstock overlay with pearl logo, three-per-side gold tuners, ebony bridge, tortoise pickguard, Taylor Expression System 2 electronics, available in Natural Gloss finish, 25.5 in. scale, hardshell case included, mfg. 2008-2018.
In 2017 the standard cutaway shape switched from Venetian to Florentine. The Venetian cutaway is still available as an option.
