- offset double cutaway hardwood body, bi-laminated hard rock maple neck, 23-fret rosewood neck, 24.75 in. scale, chrome hardware, 6-on-a-side tuners, 2 dual blade humbucker pickups, stop tailpiece, master volume control, two tone controls (one per pickup), 3-way pickup selector, available in Natural, White, Black, or Sunburst finish, mfg. 1983-86.
The tone control for the humbucking pickups allows the capability of single or dual coil output. Fully opening the pot to 10 achieves single coil mode. Turning counterclockwise to 7 brings the second coil into operation. Tone circuitry is standard in function between 7 and 0.
