PAUL REED SMITH GUITARS (PRS) MCCARTY STANDARD Description
- similar to McCarty Model, except has carved solid mahogany body (no maple top), only offered with stoptail bridge option, includes case, many color and finishes have been available, Vintage Yellow is most desirable, mfg. 1995-2006.
In 1998, Black Sunburst, Trans. Green, Trans. Orange, Trans. Purple, Trans. Turquoise, and Trans. Walnut finishes were introduced; Black, Custom Black, and Gold Top finishes were disc. In 2000, Trans. Green, Deep Purple Metallic, Ocean Turquoise, Forest Green Metallic, Orange Mica Pearl, Royal Blue Metallic, & Strawberry Pearl Metallic finishes were disc. and Trans. Vintage Cherry, and Natural Mahogany finishes were introduced.
