OVATION iDea (MODEL CC54i) Description
- single cutaway mid-depth body, spruce top, modified X bracing, three iDea elliptical soundholes, mahogany neck, 14/23-fret extended rosewood fingerboard with 12th fret "i" inlay, black headstock overlay with Ovation logo, three-per-side black tuners, rosewood bridge, Ovation original pickup, iDea preamp/electronics with recording/playback capabilities and a USB connection, available in Platinum finish, 25.25 in. scale, mfg. 2009-2010.
The iDea preamp retrofit kit can be fitted for many Ovation guitars and it retails for $429.
