- double cutaway hand carved burl maple body, 5-piece maple/padauk neck, 24-fret padauk bound ebony fingerboard with pearl bird inlay, LQBA bridge/tailpiece, walnut burl peghead veneer with pearl halfmoon/logo inlay, 3-per-side tuners, gold hardware, 2 humbucker Bartolini pickups, 2 volume/1 tone controls, 3-position switch, push/pull preamp switch in volume control, active electronics, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1980-84.
A licensed falconer, Helgeson´s inspiration for this model came from the training and hunting with his raptors. Only 11 of these guitars were built in this series.
