- 85W, head-unit only, all tube chassis, preamp: 3 X 12AX7, 1 X EF86, power: 4 X EL34, rectifier: 2 X 5R4, or 2 X 5U4, two channels, front black control panel, four inputs, seven black knobs (Ch. 1: v, b, t, Ch. 2: v, tone, Both: Cut, MV), hi/lo power switch, impedance selector switch, light gray vinyl covering (later other colors), gray grille cloth, mfg. 1991-93.
All of these models had a fan installed. In 1992 burgundy became a color option and in 1993, a multitude of colors were available. Before 1993 effects loop was optional. However, few were produced with them. This amp used the same cabinet as the HC-30.
