- dreadnought style, solid Englemann spruce, solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, Style 45 rosette, grained ivoroid bold herringbone body binding, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret bound ebony fingerboard with special Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young design inlays, bound ebony headstock overlay with "Martin" and "CSN" inlays, three-per-side nickel open geared tuners with butterbean knobs, ebony pyramid Stauffer-style bridge, tortoise pickguard, label signed by Crosby, Stills, and Nash, available in Natural Gloss finish, 25.4 in. scale, mfg. 2007-09.
Gerry Tolman was the manager for Crosby, Stills, & Nash. A portion of the proceeds from this guitar go to the Tolman estate to fund college for his two children.
