- 100W, guitar head-unit (Model 1959LTD) with one angled front 4-12 in. speaker cabinet (Model 1982ALTD) and one straight front extra-tall 4-12 in. speaker cabinet (Model 1982BLTD), seven-tube chassis, preamp: 3 X ECC83/12AX7, power: 4 X EL34, solid-state rectifier, two channels, front gold plexi control panel with "MK II" logo, four inputs (two per channel), six knobs (p, b, m, t, v1, v2), power switch, standby switch, rear gold plexi panel with "Super Lead 100W" two speaker jacks with impedance selector, mains voltage selector, purple vinyl covering, light straw basket weave cloth grille with white piping and white script Marshall logo, limited edition run of 200 sets (100 for the U.S.), mfg. 1994 only.
The volume controls on the control panel were labeled "High Treble Loudness 1" and "Normal Loudness 2." This Marshall set has obtained a variety of nicknames including "Barney" because of the purple color and the "Hendrix Stack" because of the association with Jimi Hendrix and the extra tall base cabinet. This stack was only sold as a set.
