- single round cutaway hollow bound body, maple top/back/sides, padded back, two painted bound f-holes, two finger rests, maple neck, 21-fret with zero fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays, Strat-style blackface headstock with logo and four-on-a-side tuners, adj. roller bridge, G logo trapeze tailpiece, string mute with switch, covered pickup, volume control, tone/standby switches, gold hardware, available in Red Grained Mahogany finish, 16 in. body width, 2 in. body depth, 29 in. scale, mfg. 1968-1972.

In 1967, chrome hardware replaced gold hardware. After 1972, this model was available only by special order.
