GIBSON LPB-1 Description
- single cutaway mahogany body/neck, 20-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, fixed bridge, blackface peghead with pearl logo inlay, 2-per-side tuners, black hardware, 2 covered humbucker pickups, volume/treble/bass/pan controls, active electronics, 34 in. scale, available in Ebony, Classic White, Heritage Cherry, or Translucent Amber finish, mfg. 1992-96.
In 1994, Translucent Amber finish was discontinued. This model was renamed the Les Paul Special in 1997.
