- spruce top, round soundhole, three-stripe body/rosette, bound body, rosewood back/sides, mahogany neck, 13/19-fret bound ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, ebony pyramid bridge, blackface peghead with pearl logo inlay, three-per-side tuners with plastic buttons, available in Natural or Sunburst finish, mfg. 1929-1934.
This model had a rosewood bridge 1929-1931. This model was also available with adjustable ebony bridge/trapeze tailpiece. In 1931, mahogany back/sides, 12/19-fret fingerboard replaced original part/design, gold sparkle inlay rosette/body, pearl flame peghead inlay were added. In 1932, rosewood back/sides, 13/19-fret fingerboard adjustable ebony bridge/trapeze tailpiece replaced previous part/design, raised pickguard was added, gold sparkle inlay no longer available. In 1933, top glued pickguard, ebony bridge with black pins replaced previous part/design. In 1934, 14/19-fret fingerboard replaced previous part/design.
