GIBSON ES-300 (1946-1953 Mfg.) Description

- similar to ES-300 Prewar, except has layered black pickguard, bound fingerboard, mfg. 1946-1953.

In 1948, 2 single coil pickups, 2 volume controls replaced single pickup and one volume/tone control. Tone control was moved to upper treble bout in 1948.
